    With 18 years of experience working in London, Boniface is an expert in integrated osteopathy and acupuncture. He specializes in movement and visualization to help reset the nervous system, along with holistic regeneration, psychiatry, and sports medicine.

  • Catie Miller

    With ten years of experience in health and fitness, Catie Miller’s Oona Series encompasses a holistic approach with a strong focus on community-building, support, and empowerment, building from her dance roots. “Longevity is key…let’s now think of other tools we need to make this sustainable for it to become a movement of joy in your life.”

  • Dr. Federica Amati

    Dr. Federica Amati is a medical scientist and AfN registered nutritionist with a Ph.D. in clinical medicine research. Dr. Amati specializes in achieving optimal nutrition throughout life with an evidence-based, personalized nutrition approach. Her research interests include the Mediterranean Diet, child nutrition, women’s health, the gut microbiome, and mental health.
